- Following changes has been made in VAT Application quarterly return(JVAT-200) and Annual Return (JVAT-204).
1. Rs. 2.5 per litre Rebate option for Petrol and Diesel is available in both quarterly return(JVAT-200) and Annual Return (JVAT-204).
2. Field for ITC to be Forfieted / Lessed and Less: ITC erroneously availed on consumables is available in Annual Return (JVAT-204). - List of cases fixed for hearing in the Court of CCT on 11.06.2019
- Clarifications on filing of Annual Return (FORM GSTR-9)
- All registered Promoters/ Developers/ Builders are required to fill the form (Annexure IV) as per Notification no 03/2019 (rate) mentioning their one time option to pay tax as per new rate notification (1 % or 5 % without ITC) or previous rate (8 % or 12 % with proportionate ITC) for ongoing projects 01/04/2019 onwards. Date for submitting the request has been extended till 20th May 2019.
